I’ve been in awe of her in many ways these last few weeks with the hurricanes then beautiful days.
She is also keeping me busy cleaning up after her! We had leaves plastered to our vehicles,house and shop like we were trying to camouflage them.
We had a few scary moments driving..
Then Mother Nature gives moments of absolute wonder…
Provides relaxation..
And then there’s critters,flowers and fungi…
Truly the poetry of earth is never done!

We were truly blessed ,as the trees that did fall around here didn’t hit a thing other than the ground! The electric also through in and out all night never let the house get too warm for Leona, that was a large blessing for me as I was a little concern about that.

Beautiful photos, but do not like the scary driving moment, not at all . We have had strange weather, like you storms and floods one minute and beautiful warm sunny days in-between. I think here in the UK we are going to have a very bad winter…hope I’m wrong 🙂

I wasn’t too comfortable going through all the water either! I wonder what kinda of weather we are going to have as so far it has been warmer the normal.

The old tree captured my attention..all gnarly with plants growing on it,it was so stately.

The leaves plastered on the cars and other things indicate how intense the storm was. It’s good to hear that you are okay.
