Three weeks just slipped by again! And I have a finish …ππ
Little Grammy is finished ,I really like it.
Those old fabrics are so lovely!
I also had a baby blanket to crochet for a baby gift. Baby blankets are so fun to do.
I’m back to working on the Fire Island Hosta quilt ,I had to take it out of the frame ,my arms are short and the rolled finished part was getting to high for me to quilt comfortably.
I am working on the last row ,I’m on the corner working towards the right corner, when I get there it will be finishing time!
Now it is raining finishes for you! Grammy looks perfect, exactly the right quilting for those old fabrics, and you must be so excited to be on the last row of the hosta! They are all just gorgeous!

Iβm very glad to be on the last row… will be glad to have it finished! I think Iβll work on some smaller quilts next.

I am so with you! I keep looking at this one, wondering how I will quilt it….I would be happy to do it on the machine, but that just doesn’t seem appropriate. Maybe something very simple for the body and cross hatching for the border, I don’t know.

I think to it will be hard to know how to quilt this one. Iβll have to start π€….

Look at you go!! The Grammy quilt is one of the prettiest I’ve ever seen–and your quilting makes it perfect. I just love that one. And to be so close to finishing the Hosta! I bet you want to work on it all the time, when the end is this near. I’m excited to see what come next!

Wow ~ everything is so beautiful. Clap hands on your finish with Grammy. She is so lovely! I started another crochet baby quilt, popcorn/bobble stitch; yours is charming, can you tell me the name or variant name of the wide airy border stitching? I love your Fire Island Hosta quilt, glad your working on it. ~ Sharon
