So true!
Even though I’m doing a turtle pace on this quilt …however it will slowly get there. The pace will pick up after a bit when there aren’t so many other demands.
Here’s were I was last time..
Here’s where I am right now…
I finished the above block and almost finished the last one of this row. It is stitch in the ditch stitch in this block.
I would of had more done other than the fact that when putting up chicken wire around the biddies house to keep the snakes out,as I had 10 of them eaten,8 in one night!š”… any way I put a small cut on my finger ,and it’s amazing how just a small cut will keep one from quilting..š so instead of listening to me woes …go check what the others are up too!š¤

You quilt faster than me, as I haven’t touched my quilt tops in months. Winter will come soon enough.

Those sound like scary snakesš³! Glad the chickens are safe and your finger is healing. This quilt will be finished all in good time!

Not so scary for me as they are king snakes, and I usually just work around them but one went to far! The other I hope moves on!

Yes, a cut of any size can be pesky! I think you’ve done quite well to get anything done at all. It looks good!

Whew, the snakes sound awful. It’s good to hear that the chickens are now safe. Small cuts on the hand can be so annoying. Hopefully it will heal soon.

I cannot believe you’re quilting at all, with as hot as it must be there! I know that snakes need to eat, too, but I hate the idea of baby chicks being eaten . . .
