It’s hard to believe that it’s Dec. 1 already! Thanksgiving weekend flew by way too fast.
I promised a picture of the kiffles that I make for Holidays only . I did do a post on them on my other site on. Dec. 19… Kiffles 2017..(I’m not sure how to link it though..😏 ) if you care to make them.
Here are a few snap shots of this weekend. Nap timeSnuggles learning to leave skittles and Bobo alone. She did pretty good until they came to eat out of my hand then she was ready to remove them. Then there was Elena time, she is such a people person .🥰She didn’t lack in attention. My daughter,LouAnn ,gave me these little snowmen ,so we decided to put them up above the dining room window with little lights behind them.As I visited with the girls, my hands were busy ,as there’s a little one due to arrive this week. I’m hoping to soon have it done …just a few more rows on the lace edge.Hubby and son were busy making knives for fun. Here’s a picture of hubby’s ,I didn’t get one of Russell’s for he took his home.Have a blessed week ,friends.❤️
Thank you! It was a rainy day,and the men made good use of it.😄 I just finished reading two of your post. So enjoyed them… both women are an inspiration.
I love the one with the guys sacked out! Sums up a perfect Thanksgiving! And that little one – she’s a DOLL!
I love the blanket you’re crocheting for a new little one on its way. So lovely!
Thank you! After a good dinner ,it does feel good to relax, nap for a bit…. even Elena thought so. Elena is a doll.. and boy does her daddy’s head swell when one says so!😁
What a wonderful weekend you all had. 🙂 Naps, babies, visiting with your girls while working on that beautiful blanket…pretty ideal all the way around!
What a wonderful Thanksgiving! Loved all the pics, especially of Elena ~ she is so adorable! The baby blanket is beautiful. I just started one yesterday in the bobble stitch however I was thinking should I do a shell stitch instead? Yours looks so delicate and lovely so before I get any further I need to make a decision. oh…the snowmen look fabulous on top of the window sill 🙂
Thank you, Sharon! Elena definitely added an extra bright spot to our weekend. The shell stitch is a more delicate stitch.. bubble stitch is fun to make too. Decisions..decisions 🤔😀
Wonderful photos, Deb! I especially liked the men sleeping, the handmade birds, the smiling baby, and your crochet work!
