Spring is starting to arrive here in the south..
I didn’t get very far on hand quilting this time. Leona’s health issues have taken a step backward making her care more time consuming. Her voice is very soft making it hard for me to hear her when she is in need when I am back in the sewing room. So I took the quilt that I was working on out of the frame, and prepared it for the lap hoop. I finished the end part …
Here are some photos of the quilt that are finished.

Sorry to read Leona’s health hasn’t been so good lately. Sending positive healing thoughts your way. What you’ve accomplished so far on the quilting is looking wonderful 🙂 Spring flowers are blooming here in the northwest too and it is such a welcomed site. Your daffies look beautiful.

Thank you! Your sweet to send positive thoughts our way!❤️ sad to say Leona’s health issues are a sick problem,it’s the disease that came with birth that is slowly winning as we knew it would . Leona’s muscles are slowly getting weaker limiting her ability to do things for herself. Caring for her now is a lot like a newborn baby. Spring flowers are such a uplifting beauty.

I wasn’t sure if she had caught a cold or flu something like that impacting her medical condition. Disease progression is always difficult for everyone. Sending strength and angels to see you through this ❤

I love seeing the quilting from the back – it always looks so pretty, especially on a muslin-type fabric.

I wished she could go back to where she was…🥲 it’s the slow deterioration of her physical condition. Thank you though for your kind concern.🙂
