I have a new kind of daffodil this spring, isn’t she a beauty!🥰

Time for the update, now that I got that MomMom bragging done.😁
Last time I was taking the quilt out of the frame for lap quilting. I was able to work on it more often this time around in the evenings ,and keeping Leona company at the same time. The green star is where I was and the hoop of course is where I am now.

If I do a row every three weeks.. In nine weeks I could finish. A very nice goal that I will try for but no promises for spring ,summer work have begun in full swing!
This Hand Quilt Along is an opportunity for hand quilters and piecers to share and motivate one another. We post every three weeks, to show our progress and encourage one another. If you have a hand quilting project and would like to join our group contact Kathy at the link below.

Love your “daffodil”! Adorable. Her grin made me laugh.

Adorable daffodil! 🥰 Happy progress on the quilt too, even if it slows because of garden work!

I know right! It is good to get hands into the dirt again, looking forward to some fresh food.😋

A beautiful little flower in the garden of your life! You are making really fast progress on the quilt, in my opinion. Hand quilting isn’t speed quilting, but you are going fast! I like that quilt more each time I see it.

Such a happy baby. My gardening always gets in the way of quilting.

I’m afraid that gardening is going to do the same here for awhile.😄

The most beautiful daffodil of them all. What a blessing! Your plan for getting her finished sounds really doable. Enjoy the outdoor time too 🙂 (long awaited)
